    The Role

    This is an exciting new opportunity for a Vancouver-based Regional Practice Leader to grow and oversee work in western Canada.  
     
    Seeking an experienced professional that will inspire and build a world-class team. You will lead our staff by example, ensuring excellence with our clients and with ourselves. They pride themselves on their highly collaborative culture.  You will be accountable for employee development, the delivery and profitability of their client projects, and supporting a business development manager with a sales pipeline.
     
    Responsibilities & Role Requirements

    • Work collaboratively with the GM and a business development manager to grow the western Canada practice.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery - from the perspective of their people, their clients, and - of solutions working closely with the presales, solution design, and delivery teams.
    • Use considerable judgment to determine optimal solution and offer guidance on the complex problems.
    • Develop trusted client advisor relationships while meeting or exceeding business development and profitability goals.
    • Serve as a role model and coach for the next generation of employees.
    • Instill confidence in the team and their abilities, recommended workable solutions, and drive projects to completion.
    • Motivate, lead, develop, and position people to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Provide strong business acumen, with the ability to provide operational, technical, and financial oversight.
    • Have a proven track record of successful professional services delivery and operations management.
    • Have a strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
    • Have expertise in working within public sector and/or First Nations communities would be favorable.
