The Sales Development Representative will support the sales team and play a key role is growing the business by identifying and engaging with prospective clients. - Explore new markets and identify points of contact within target companies
- Reach out to prospective clients and build relationships
- Become a product expert and act as primary point of contact for new customers
- Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails to schedule platform demos
- Build a pipeline of potential leads and follow up on warm leads
- Provide support to Account Executive team
- Other tasks as required
- College or University degree
- Sales / business development experience
- Experience selling SaaS is a strong asset
- Team player with entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
