    Branch Manager – Fraser Valley

    Partnered with a recognized leading insurance Broker, we are actively recruiting for an experienced insurance professional to join our team as a Branch Manager. With expansion and opportunities for dynamic individuals to showcase their leadership and profession.

    We are currently recruiting for experienced Branch Managers, or an up-and-coming Assistant Managers with at least 5+ years of experience in the Insurance field, ready to take on their own branch. We are specifically looking for talented individuals in the Fraser Valley – Abbotsford to Hope – to join our growing team.

    Key Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in insurance
    • At least 3 years experience in either a branch or assistant branch leadership position
    • Developed leadership experience and proven success in building, motivating, coaching and growing high performing teams
    • Proven success and track record of business growth
    • Connected, networked and engaged in the local community
    • Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial, and strategic
    • Excellent communications and presentation skills 
    • Level 3 licence
