    Our client, one of the world's leading online CFD and financial spread betting providers, with nearly 65 million trades executed annually across Europe, Asia Pacific and North America is looking for a Bilingual Sales Executive in the Greater Toronto Area. The future Sales Executive will be responsible along with the Client Management Team for business development and relationship management for all Canada based high and premium value clients. 

    Key responsibilities:
    • Provides proactive and timely support for the client on-boarding process;
    • Identifies sales opportunities where possible, including new client profiling to identify high value clients;
    • Provides excellent and high calibre client service to ensure a positive client experience; 
    • Takes ownership for ensuring accurate client information is recorded in relevant internal systems (e.g. CRM) in a timely manner; 
    • Proactively identifies and cross sells additional products and services to existing clients; 
    • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve the client experience; 
    • Provides excellent and high calibre client service to ensure a positive experience for all clients;
    • Responds and manages proactively inbound client queries; 
    • Escalates all client issues in a timely manner to appropriate levels to ensure a consistently high level of client service; 
    • Acts as a brand ambassador in all client interactions;
    • Understands the customers’ needs and requirements.

    Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics etc. or any other relevant discipline - desirable;
    • Intermediate knowledge/experience of financial markets (CFD’s preferable but not essential);
    • Understanding of the requirements of regulative authorities to ensure that the department is compliant in terms of its processes and procedures; 
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Power Point presentations) and Excel (basic knowledge);
    • Operates with integrity and a highly client centric mindset, with an ability to build and enhance strong and meaningful client relationships;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Negotiation skills;
    • Demonstrates passion and enthusiasm for trading products and services; 
    • Expert knowledge of platform and products;
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
