    Bilingual HR Manager
    Our client is a leading, multi-billion dollar global organization in the industrial manufacturing industry. They have asked Travis Hann of Lock Search Group to assist them in their search for an English/French Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join their team in the east GTA.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
    • Maintain expert knowledge of company policies as set forth in the company policy manual
    • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Prepares offer letters and new hire packages
    • Plans and conducts new employee orientation
    • Keeps records of benefits plans participation
    • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
    • Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
    • Works with HR Director on any and all payroll increases and changes in job descriptions
    • Coordinates salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization. Provides input to payroll system for promotions, new hires, terminations, transfers etc
    • Coordinates the company relocation program in the Americas
    • Coordinates, along with the HR Manager, the health awareness program within the Americas
    • Administers the monthly headcount reporting
    • Coordinates Training initiatives as determined by Headquarters

    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
    • 5+ years of related experience and/or training in HR role, in manufacturing environment preferred
    • Membership in a Major HR Association preferred
    • CHRL, SPHR Certificates desired
    • Bilingual (French / English)
