    Our client is a leader within the Floor Covering Industry. The are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator with strong abilities in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), experience coordinating proposals, managing company communications, and supporting senior leadership.  This position is permanent, offers a competitive salary, benefits, and fantastic company perks!

    Responsibilities: 
    • Provide coordinator support to VP Sales & Marketing
    • Work with social media platforms; create timely and relevant content, respond to comments and que up content calendars
    • Assist in developing content for internal company communications
    • Coordinate calendars for internal and customer-facing meetings
    • Manage proposals and cost sheets
    • Work with internal purchasing department
    • Coordinate company-wide initiatives 
    • Assist in developing promotional materials for sales teams
    • Work alongside marketing team to create and optimize all content
    • Design, proofread and edit all content published by the organization
    • Liaise with external vendors or customers as needed

    Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of experience working in an Executive Assistant or Marketing role
    • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook 
    • CAD software experience preferred
    • Strong writing abilities
    • Exceptional design, writing and editing skills
    • Social media management experience is preferred 
    • Experience in a fast paced, challenging, deadline-oriented environment
    • Sense of urgency, ownership of work, and accountability for results
    • High integrity and willing to support the team wherever required
