Territory Manager

Vancouver / Lower Mainland, BC

We're looking for an ambitious Territory Manager to join our client’s growing team and make a real impact across British Columbia. JOB SUMMARY

As Territory Manager for British Columbia, you will own and grow a portfolio of hospital accounts across the province. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of sales strategy and clinical relationships — ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with a genuine interest in the medical space.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and grow key accounts across BC, consistently meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets across multiple product lines
  • Develop a deep understanding of your territory — including customer needs, purchasing processes, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Build lasting relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, from clinical staff and hospital management to biomedical and MDRD teams
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, pursue leads, and deliver compelling product education
  • Provide expert-level product support and serve as a trusted resource for your clients
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Execute strategic marketing and sales plans to drive sustained growth

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
  • Proven experience in medical device sales
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills

Base Salary: ~$70-85K (to commensurate with experience)
