Graeme joined Lock Search Group in September 2021, transitioning out of the Logistics & Supply Chain industry, which he had spent the last 15 years in.
Originally a candidate and successful placement for Lock in 2018, Graeme was in the process of departing his previous employer when he reached out to the Consultant who placed him years earlier. Looking to make a shift into something completely different and hoping the Lock Search Group would be able to assist yet again. After discussion the role of a Recruitment Associate seemed like a natural fit, and now is excited to be part of the Lock Search Group Vancouver team.
Changing jobs can be stressful as well exciting, so anything he can do to make the process easier on a Candidate or client he will do so. Taking the experiences of being a previous successful and unsuccessful candidate offers a unique viewpoint in the process.
Graeme has a degree from Simon Fraser University with a major in Communications. From formal writing to digital content creation many aspects of the behind the scenes work as a Recruitment Associate have him re-connecting to many elements from his education.
Outside of work Graeme is a huge sports fan so anytime he can see a live event in Vancouver, Seattle or abroad while travelling he will take advantage.
