Jack holds an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University, where he specialized in Strategy and Marketing. Over the course of more than 17 years he has played significant roles for such market leaders as Ceridian, American Express and Workopolis. He comes to Lock with direct experience in delivering results for enterprises large and small.
He has been at the forefront of establishing and building sales divisions from the ground up. Jack’s passion for winning, success, and client focus are the key factors in his development. He has been the source of best practices on a global scale from his counterparts. Listening to clients and understanding their needs make Jack a valuable asset in bringing success to his partners.
Jack has three passions in life: his brilliant wife Nicole, his two wonderful kids Grayson and Raegan, and lastly his love for sleeping. He has never met a couch he could resist. On weekends you find Jack up north at their cottage, playing with the kids, listening to good music while enjoying a nice cold beverage, and yes, catching up on his naps.
