QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial operations.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in project-based organizations delivering complex industrial or engineered-to-order solutions.

  • Strong experience overseeing multi-disciplinary industrial projects, including fabrication, construction, installation, and field execution.
  • Deep expertise in HSE leadership within high-risk industrial settings, with a strong commitment to a zero-harm culture.
  • Experience driving commercial performance through client engagement, relationship development, and bid/tender and proposal support.
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience in project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated outcomes.
